From cancer treatment and culture to digital technologies and industry. AI plays a role in a wide range of fields at Aarhus University. A new AU AI Research Community aims to build stronger connections between researchers. On Tuesday, 11 August, the community was officially launched at AU Herning.
During the night leading into Tuesday, 28 July, many young people found out whether they had been offered a place on a degree programme. At AU Herning, this means that we will soon be welcoming around 450 new students, who can now begin looking forward to starting university, joining new communities…
Can it be printed? That question kept coming up when lecturers and supervisors at AU Herning recently got hands-on with 3D printing in MakerStreet. Here, 3D printing is not just a technology we talk about. It is something we put into practice.
They set a goal. They worked hard for it. They persevered. Even when things got tough. And on Friday, 26 June, it was time to celebrate at AU Herning’s graduation ceremony, where this year’s summer graduates could proudly say: We did it!
