POV: When lecturers and supervisors realise they can 3D-print almost anything
Can it be printed? That question kept coming up when lecturers and supervisors at AU Herning recently got hands-on with 3D printing in MakerStreet. Here, 3D printing is not just a technology we talk about. It is something we put into practice.
We believe in learning by doing. When we experiment with new technologies ourselves, we become better equipped to bring them into play in our teaching, in our collaboration with students and in our dialogue with companies.
MakerStreet provides the setting for this approach: a place where ideas can be tested, developed and turned into something tangible.
