Summer has arrived, and 82 happy graduates have just left us, accompanied by congratulations, diplomas, and resounding applause. On Friday, 27 June, we gathered the graduates along with their families and friends for this year’s summer graduation ceremony – a festive day filled with both solemnity and high spirits.

Since 2007, AU Herning has been educating civil engineers who excel at transforming technological expertise into business value. We have now reached a significant milestone with MSc in Engineering graduate no. 1,000, Simon Sommer Haaber, who completed his degree on Monday, 23 June.

Congratulations to Simon – and to all 26 of his fellow graduates in Herning.

Just before Easter, 150 MSc in Engineering students took part in the annual TBMI Challenge in collaboration with local companies. For three days, the students were fully immersed in the heart of the action, tasked with proposing solutions to 30 specific business challenges. An exciting process that later results in a report for the companies.
