In order to achieve the objectives and visions of the EngTech group, a strategy has been developed, including a set of parameters to accomplish the goals. The group meets at least once a month and is committed to:
Discussing all relevant conferences and workshops (national and international)
A strategy for searching for relevant conferences and workshops calls will be developed.
All relevant and available open calls will be discussed at each meeting.
Setting up a number of joint research projects covering all the research areas of the group
All members of the group are to participate in at least one of the projects.
All projects will be discussed at the group meetings, including project progress and next steps.
The aim of projects is joint publications among the group members.
Creating and maintaining a creative and exciting environment that can attract students, visitors and new staff
Regular monthly meetings.
Establishment of labs for engineering and technology, production, and (micro)plastics where researchers, guest researchers and students can interact and collaborate.
Discussing all relevant coming and open research calls
A strategy for searching for relevant calls will be developed.
Collaborate on writing grant applications.
All EngTech members most participate actively in writing at least one proposal every year.
Establishing collaborations with private companies and public institutions
One or more group members will be dedicated to identifying relevant companies and institutions.
When relevant companies and institutions are identified, further action will be discussed at the group meetings.
Publishing their results in high-quality publications
