Record number of graduates from AU Herning

On 29 June 2012, 290 students graduated from AU Herning.

290 students from AU Herning’s full-time and part-time study programmes in business economics, business communication as well as engineering and management graduated on 29 June when AU Herning held its largest graduation ceremony in its history.

Per Baltzer Overgaard, Vice-Dean for Research and Talent Development at Business and Social Sciences, Aarhus University was this year’s graduation speaker. George Maxim who graduated from the MSc in Engineering in Technology Based Business Development was this year’s graduate speaker.

Besides the speeches and the presentation of the diplomas, seven selected graduates received prizes for:

In addition, Michael Alexander Hold from the study programme International Business received the prize for the summer graduate of the year for his great efforts to promote the study environment at AU Herning. The prize was sponsored by Handelsbanken, Herning.
