Twenty-five university students had been selected from a pool of 150 applicants to participate in the Food Tech Challenge. In this photo, the students are working on their case around the table, using the boards that are especially designed for developing business models.

One of the presenters at the international conference “Multi Business Model Technology Innovation in the Food Tech Industry”.
It was a one-day conference with participants from both the business world and the research community.
Here you see a group of students, who participated in the student competition. They are working on their case in their own little cubicle in the centre of the fair venue.
While working to solve their cases, the students were allowed to gather inspiration or ask questions to the companies that were present at the fair.

AU Herning organises student competition and international conference at the Food Tech fair

From 29 to 30 October, AU Herning was represented at the Food Tech fair at the MCH Messecenter Herning with an innovative student competition, the Food Tech Challenge 2014, as well as the international conference “Multi Business Model Technology Innovation in the Food Tech Industry”.
